Defective Products Policy

While all sales are final, Desert City Clothing acknowledges that exceptions may occur in the form of defective products. Our commitment to quality means that we are dedicated to rectifying such issues promptly and efficiently.

Reporting Defects

If you believe you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Reports beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
  2. Proof of Defect: Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Product Information: Include your order number and the product SKU to expedite the process.

Replacement for Defective Products

Upon verification of the defect, Desert City Clothing will:

  • Replace the Defective Item: A replacement for the defective item will be sent out at no additional charge.
  • Shipping: All shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by Desert City Clothing.

Exclusions

Please note that our Defective Products Policy does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, shipping, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Variances in color or texture that are natural to the product material.
  • Issues reported after 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
